Ashley works with clients of all fitness levels and backgrounds, including beginners, athletes, and seniors. Training programs are customized based on the client's goals and abilities, all training plans are available on our app 24/7.

Getting started is simple! Reach out via our contact page, or message Ashley directly to schedule a consultation. We’ll discuss your fitness goals, current fitness level, and any preferences you may have. Based on that, we’ll create a personalized plan to get you started.
The frequency of your training depends on your goals and fitness level. For optimal results, we recommend starting with 3 personal training sessions per week. As you progress through Phase 1 (Stabilization), your trainer will guide you in reducing the frequency to 2 sessions per week, while incorporating at home workouts or additional activities to support your progress. We will work with you to create a training schedule that fits your lifestyle and ensures consistent progress toward your goals.
Low-impact exercises that emphasize core strength, flexibility, and overall body alignment. Designed to improve posture, balance, and muscle tone, making it ideal for those seeking a full-body workout focused on controlled movements and stability. Beginners are encouraged to join— you’ll be surprised at how much you’ll enjoy this fun, yet challenging, workout.
You must wait for clearance from your healthcare provider, usually at the 6-week postpartum checkup. If you had a C-section or other complications, you may need to wait a bit longer.

Assisted stretch therapy is a one-on-one service where a trained therapist helps you perform targeted stretches. These stretches are designed to improve flexibility, reduce muscle tension, and enhance joint mobility. By having a therapist guide and support the movements, you can achieve a deeper, more effective stretch than you might on your own. Regular sessions can improve muscle function and range of motion, which may alleviate pain over time. For any specific or chronic pain, we recommend consulting with a healthcare provider to see if assisted stretching is appropriate. As always, we stay away from any injuries.
Each session begins with a five-minute warm-up, which may include foam rolling, massage gun therapy, or light rowing to prepare your muscles. Afterward, your stretch therapist will guide you to lie on a comfortable mat or table and will assist you through a series of targeted stretches. Gentle pressure may be applied to deepen each stretch and ensure you’re benefiting fully. Following the assisted stretch, you’ll go through 3-4 specific exercises designed to strengthen the muscles that need it most. Sessions are 60 minutes long.
Train with Ashley believes that nutrition is a crucial component of overall health and fitness. Each client receives personalized nutritional guidance tailored to their goals, dietary preferences, and lifestyle. We support a balanced diet, recognizing that it can look different for everyone.
We understand that life can be unpredictable, we do our best to understand last minute issues happen. If you need to cancel or reschedule a session, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice to avoid forfeiting your session. No session refunds will be given at any time if you cancel less than 24 hours'.
